Julie's instructions on how to make the flower:
Using a 2” scalloped circle punch (mine was EK Success)…punch 8 flowers. I punched 4 from Teresa Collins Sweet Afternoon – At the Picnic paper…and 4 from dictionary paper. Alternate papers (patterned, dictionary, patterned, etc) until they are all in a neat pile. With a paper piercer, poke a hole in the center of the flower pile and fasten with a small brad.

Gently
pull/crumple the flowers, layer by layer…in an upwards direction. The last
flower layer will remain flat. When you have all your layers ‘up’ (you won’t
see the brad anymore)…carefully peel them back, and you have your flower.
