Travel journal by Julie Jacob

It is that time of the year when we get ready to pack for our holidays and what a fab way to record those memories in a travel journal. Make it bespoke to you, your travels and your experiences just like Julie has with the Travel Record. Thank you Julie.

Here are a few notes from Julie...

"My brother and sister in law are left for London recently. I wanted them to have something so they could remember the details of their trip. :)
Here is a little travel journal I did. It's small...4x6, so you can take it along easily on your trip.
For the covers, just cut two pieces of chipboard to 4x6. Cut all inside pages to 4x6 as well. It's a good way to use up scraps of smaller paper.
Just remember that you'll want to write on the paper...so make sure it's not too dark or patterned.
I covered the front with atlas paper...added a chipboard embellishment from the Teresa Collins World Traveler collection, and then made a pennant from dictionary paper.
To make the pennant...cut a strip of dictionary paper, add your stamp,
and then use a square punch for a nice crisp end.

I bound it with my Bind it All...but you could use a hole punch as well."
