  1. Since the instructions were incorrect, will you offer to replace all the gel packs and imageblack negative paper all of us have wasted? I have personally used up all of my gel packs and negative paper included in the kit plus the additional ones I bought since then. I had completely given up on the stamp machine until I saw this today. I am hoping that you will offer some type of material reimbursement.

  2. Hi Angelika, The previous times did work but we wanted to make it easier to get good stamps with artwork that is not perfect. The most common reason that a stamp doesn't turn out is that artwork is not black enough. Can you email us with your contact details - info@photocentric.co.uk? We will help anyone who is having trouble if they contact us! Thank you.

  3. I want to download/print the instructions but I don't think I should have to pay for it. I can't see any option with scribid that doesn't cost me at least $4.

  4. Hello, Sally!
My question is- Is it possible ,that the negative with the artwork to be used more than once? I tried three times, but only got the first time. What is the reason?

    1. You should be able to use the negative more than once unless it gets scratched or damaged. Make sure the sachets haven't been exposed to light and that you followed the instructions the exact same way each time.

  5. And more - Should I now to exposure the imagepac 100 seconds the second time, not 3 minutes as it was before?
I buy my imagepacs from Colop Bulgaria, they are green in color.

    1. green imagepacs from Colop are thicker so will need more time- they are 2.3mm. Stampmaker sachets are red and 1.9mm. Please use the times that Colop advised.

  8. You can use any artwork program - photoshop, gimp, photofiltre etc. If using our online software, you need to merge the image(s) before saving..Could this be the issue? Please contact me at info@photocentric.co.uk to discuss directly if you still have issues. Thank you.

    1. Hi my friend placed the fotos on Microsoft word document to put them together before using the online software that you provide but it only puts 3 or 4 images on a page are we still doing this wrong?

  9. The online software works to a maximum A7 or approx. 3x4" size. If you want use online software to make A7 negatives and print several at the same time, you need to create each negative separately online, save and then open the saved images in Word - as per this video. helpful:https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=G7wCavAkubo I really need more info to be able to help - can you send me the document? (info@photocentric.co.uk). Thanks.

  12. Hi I just made my first stamps and they aren't fully detailed like store bought ones its basically looks like a picture on the imagepac, tried to stamp it and its just not working, I followed the instructions, my negatives were jet black, printed on the rough side, then I put them in the pack facing up layed the imagepac facing up with the words , closed the clamp, put it under the machine which has been on for over a min, I place in for 6 secs one way the way I closed it then turn it, put it on for 1.40 mins take it out see the image cut around the pac, wash it in soapy water, remove any gel, then I rinse it and place it in the tray with water, under the heat for 2 mins, take it out dry it and cut it out but all it is a smooth pic with very fine lines in between not like the store bought ones, what am I doing wrong please

this is so frustrating please help, thanks..

    1. Not very happy I just wasted 10 Medium Imagepacs 2 small Imagepacs and 5 negative Films for nothing, I followed every instructions my negatives were Black when printed with the image clear, I placed it the right way, I followed the times, even tried 1 small one the way Teresa Collins did it on her Youtube page.

Now I don't know what to do, feels like I wasted Money on this stampmaker machine.
