Since the instructions were incorrect, will you offer to replace all the gel packs and imageblack negative paper all of us have wasted? I have personally used up all of my gel packs and negative paper included in the kit plus the additional ones I bought since then. I had completely given up on the stamp machine until I saw this today. I am hoping that you will offer some type of material reimbursement.
ReplyDeleteHi Angelika, The previous times did work but we wanted to make it easier to get good stamps with artwork that is not perfect. The most common reason that a stamp doesn't turn out is that artwork is not black enough. Can you email us with your contact details - info@photocentric.co.uk?
